MCS is a national property preservation company with offered services that include property inspections, property preservation, REO property maintenance, hazard claims administration and valuation services. The company recently faced a rollout of new software to manage vendor work orders. This rollout was challenging because MCS was in a growth period, and workflow, process and vendor management were all critical elements of that challenge. Additionally, many learners were in remote locations, making classroom training very difficult.
The Solution:
To ensure an accurate, comprehensive learning experience, Intelladon’s instructional designers first studied and mastered MCS’s software. Then, equipped with a thorough product knowledge, they designed and created courses that taught not only the mechanics of the application, but also demonstrated why the software was crucial to the learner’s success as an MCS vendor.
