Bert Rodgers Schools of Real Estate, Inc is a proprietary school that provides high-quality education to licensed professionals and to consumers seeking to become licensed professionals. The institution has provided high quality education to over 500,000 real estate students. In business since 1958, Bert Rodgers Schools has earned its reputation for excellence. However, the organization faced new requirements from the Florida Real Estate Commission (the regulatory authority for Bert Rodgers Schools). Landmark 2002 legislation (which was backed by Bert Rodgers Schools) allows real estate pre-license and post-license courses to be offered through distance learning, and all new courses must be offered via computer-based e-learning applications. Bert Rodgers Schools needed to quickly enter a new era in real estate education-providing online courses for licensing and renewal.
The Solution:

Students will be able for the first time to complete their initial real estate education requirements through online distance learning in the following courses of study; 63-Hour Sales Associate Pre-License Course, Sales Associate State Exam Prep Course, 45-Hour Sales Associate Post-License Course, 72-Hour Broker Pre-License Course, Broker State Exam Prep Course, and Two 30-Hour Broker Post-License Courses. Meanwhile, In October 2001, legislation passed requiring Florida principal representatives, loan originators, associates, and mortgage brokers to complete 14 hours of continuing education every two years. Bert Rodgers Schools is also able to provide courses for the mortgage brokering industry through online distance education (in addition to traditional correspondence course training). Through the ALP program, Students have tremendous flexibility in taking these courses. When they take the final exam, their responses are instantly and securely sent to the database of Bert Rodgers' secure server, and the results are returned instantly via the Internet. Upon successful completion of the final exam, an official Course Completion Report is automatically emailed to successful students.
