The UPS Store is the world's largest franchisor of retail shipping, postal and business service centers. Its franchise brands, The UPS Store(r) and Mail Boxes Etc.(r), together comprise more than 5,800 independently owned locations around the world, providing convenient and value-added business services to the small-office/home-office (SOHO) market, corporate "road warriors," and consumers. With a rapid increase in growth post-merger, The UPS Store found itself in search of a high-quality learning system that could quickly and thoroughly train new franchisees. Its existing learning system had proven incapable of delivering the results necessary to achieve the company's objectives within the necessary timeframe.
