Business Challenge:
AAA is a nationally-recognized consumer membership organization that offers a wide-ranging collection of services and products including travel service, roadside assistance and insurance and financial advising. As part of an initiative that centered on repairing member vehicles at the point of failure or breakdown vs. the traditional tow, AAA needed to assess the knowledge of vendors in the field. Once accomplished, this assessment would enable AAA to create a curriculum that pinpointed the learners’ needs.
The Solution:
Intelladon trained AAA SMEs to write tests within a learning platform, allowing the organization to distribute their content to a much broader learner community.
Return on Investment:
The targeted curriculum made possible by AAA’s adoption of an LMS-based solution resulted in a savings in development time. Additionally, due to convenience of a web-based curriculum, the organization saw a savings in learner down-time.
