Reporting Tool

The ALP includes dynamic reporting tools.  In the ‘Reports’ area you can generate reports on test performance, module activity, company activity, skill analysis, feedback responses, and more.  Follow simple steps to select criteria for the exact information you need and the result is a powerful analysis tool.  You can choose to view the results on-screen, or export them to Excel.

Report Options Include:

  • Manage students and departments.
  • Course/Content Activity.
  • Student Activity.
  • Assessment Scores and Question Performance Details.
  • Skill Gap Analysis.
  • Feedback Form Results.
  • Course Statistics.
  • Visited Links.

Course/Content Activity Reporting
Reports from this area will provide a summary of the status of content contained in your ALP. Create your report by filtering Users, Departments, Dates, Libraries, Courses, or Modules.

Build reports on:

  • Distribution Date.
  • Distributions - Users who have received course(s).
  • Users who have started the course(s) .
  • Users who have completed the course(s).
  • Average Assessment Scores.
  • Test Tries.
  • Pass/Fail Information.

Student Activity Reporting
You can create reports including all students, a department’s students, or individual students.  Further drill down to the information you need by filtering based on course content or by status.

Includes reports on:

  • Start Date.
  • Completion Date.
  • Percentage of Completion.
  • Assessment Scores.
  • Navigation Reporting - Find out what your learners are looking at.
