Intelladon Leadership

TJ Coyle joined Intelladon in 2011 as its VP of Business Development. With more than 20 years of experience in national account management, he is responsible for building partnerships with organizations that support Intelladon’s development goals. He is also responsible for creating and implementing business and sales strategies. His vision for Intelladon is to provide customized learning management software solutions with superior customer service. 

Before joining the Intelladon team, Coyle was with Element K, a learning solution provider, for over 10 years. At Element K, Coyle worked with companies such as AAA, Jabil Circuit, Tech Data, Hard Rock Café, Darden Restaurants and the PGA. In his role, Coyle worked with clients to implement enterprise learning solutions, which included  learning management systems (LMS), content libraries, and competency mapping.

Before working with Element K, Coyle was with Learn2.com as an account representative. Learn2.com, now known as learn.com, provided an innovative approach and unique products in the learning industry.

Coyle was also integral in opening a New Horizons office in Tampa, Fla. New Horizons is dedicated to helping Florida companies leverage their technology investments by training people on everything from complex IT solutions to basic computer skills.

For five years, Coyle volunteered as the Director of Special Events for the Special Olympics. He was also enlisted in the military for four years as a strategic air command sharpshooter on the SWAT team tasked with guarding nuclear weapons while they were in transit to housing silos.
