As Vice President of Professional Services for Intelladon, Skip Marshall is responsible for ensuring clients receive the right solution customized to their needs. His wealth of knowledge and passion for learning have proven to be an invaluable asset to the Intelladon team.

Marshall has extensive experience in instructional design theory, integrative content design, learning program solutions and learning systems integration, allowing clients to receive the most customized approach to their learning and talent management needs.

His skills and accomplishments include:

  • Developing instructional programs for face-to-face, web-based, and blended learning environments, as well as the technology infrastructure to support them
  • Developing, deploying and managing effective enterprise talent management initiatives
  • Implementing courseware development processes using SCORM and AICC e-learning standards

As the former e-learning manager at Unitrin Direct, Marshall directed the development, integration and support of the corporate learning management system along with managing all aspects of its reporting and metrics.

Marshall is a former faculty member at the University of South Florida and Teaching and Technology Fellow at the University of Florida.  He’s served as a University Mentor, a member of the Academic Computing Committee and the Website Advisory Committee. Along with his university experience, Marshall has written and presented in the field of education and instructional technology and is a former reviewer for the British Journal of Educational Technology.

Marshall is an alumnus of the University of Florida where he earned a Master of Education degree with a focus in Educational Psychology as well as Specialist degree in Instructional Technology. True to his belief in life-long learning, he went on to complete a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Florida.
