Managed Services Specialist
The managed services specialist assists our clients in all aspects of their outsourced needs during all phases of the client’s life cycle from implementation through post go live. The specialist is responsible for creating to a project plan and assisting the clients with any of their administrative needs. The specialist will support the client and give best practice examples throughout each phase of the project. This role requires working with the client administrator and client project manager to assess problems. Experience with LMS/Talent Management Systems, HRIS systems and SCORM/AICC standards are preferred.
Regional Sales Executive Mid-Market
The sales team at Intelladon is growing and seeks a proven sales professional to sell Intelladon’s products and services.
The Regional Sales Executive Mid Market will be responsible for
attaining sales quota in a defined geographic territory; primarily
through prospecting and selling to new accounts. We are seeking sales
professionals who have a proven track record in the learning industry
and want to collaborate with prospects and clients in order to grow our
business.
We are seeking individuals with demonstrated experience in learning
services, learning technologies, custom content, off the shelf content,
mobile learning development and strategy, Software as a Service, channel
management, extended enterprise sales, and related managed service
sales within the learning industry. Effective and demonstrated sales
pipeline development and pipeline management experience is required.
Requirements also include a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in learning
industry sales (B2B or B2C), experience with C-level decision-makers,
and account management experience and success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop territory strategy plan to achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas
- Develop and maintain pipeline equal to 5X quota
- Make
outbound calls to prospects and customers to qualify opportunities and
sell the company’s products and services within multiple industries
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts
- Maintain current information about all opportunities in Salesforce.com
Desired Skills & Experience
Required Skills:
- This
candidate must have demonstrated 3+ years’ experience in a Mid Market
Sales role within the learning space focusing on high-growth, rapidly
evolving companies, preferably selling into the Mid Market or SMB space,
enterprise level sales experience is also very welcome.
- Knowledge of the learning industry products, services, and competition
- Knowledge of extended enterprise solutions, revenue modeling for B2B and B2C
- Excellent sales skills and a proven history of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
- Proven ability and daily plan to cold call and create own sales leads and work independently to achieve sales quotas
- Excellent territorial management, presentation, and lead qualification skills
- Customer
Oriented Solution sales approach essential, with ability to articulate
value of solution and understand customer's business issues
- Consultative sale around value and creating a solution for the customer
- Hunter mentality. Daily call plan with conversation and new opportunity goals
- Self-motivated, energetic, well-organized individual with the ability to prioritize in a fast moving environment
- Driven, proactive individual who can work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in a demanding, collaborative, results-oriented work environment
- Bachelor’s Degree or related experience, experience working with Saleforce.com
- Some overnight travel is expected
eLearning Support Specialist
Assist our clients in the administration of their Learning Management/ Performance Management Tool. The specialist will be responsible for resolving client requests and assisting clients with system functionality. The specialist troubleshoots problems related to the software application, course and desktop issues. This position includes Tier I and Tier II support . A functional knowledge of f HTML and familiarity with Javascript, C#, .NET, and experience in deploying and maintaining web-based applications is preferred.
eLearning Content Specialist
Assist our clients in the creation and maintenance of eLearning content developed in rapid eLearning tools. The specialist will be responsible for resolving client requests and assisting clients with system functionality. Responsibilities include utilization of Rapid eLearning tools to create and maintain content, consulting with subject matter experts to ensure content is current and accurate and effectively work in a team environment and be a resource to other team members.
Learning Management Consultant
Consultant would work with new and existing clients from implementation and technical projects through the life cycle of the client. Consultant would be responsible for assisting the client with set up, training and best practices of every aspect of the learning management system. The role will comprise working with the Client Administrators to assess problems, troubleshoot, and apply solutions. Familiarity with Scorm and AICC structure is preferred.
Talent Consultant
This position exists for the purpose of providing the highest quality of implementation support to our clients. The primary function of this role is to assist clients with the business planning and configuration for implementation of their talent management system. Define customer business requirement, prepare gap analysis, configure design documents and lead the design efforts for implementation projects. Familiarity with HRIS systems is preferred.
